Dynamiq is going bigger than ever before.

The Turkish shipyard is about to start building an epic, 170-foot superyacht that will become the largest vessel in its fleet upon launch.

The new Gran Turismo Transatlantic 170, or GTT 170 for short, was sold to a new client by Pierre Badin of Denison Yachting Monaco. “I have really enjoyed working alongside the Dynamiq team for the past two years on the construction of the 50-meter GTT 165, which I also sold, and which is on track for delivery in mid-2025,” Badin said in a statement. “I am delighted to extend that collaboration with this new, larger project for the Gran Turismo Transatlantic 170.”

As their name suggests, the Gran Turismo Transatlantic models combine blistering speed with impressive range, making them the perfect choice for seafarers who want to travel the world quickly. Featuring an exterior by Monaco-based firm Dobroserdov Design and naval architecture by Dutch studio Vripack, the GTT 170 will be crafted entirely from aluminum and fitted with a fast-displacement hull. The yacht will also incorporate the latest foiling technology to improve performance and increase comfort, Dynamiq says.

Powered by twin MAN engines, the GTT 170 has a max speed of 23 knots and a transatlantic range of 5,000 nautical miles. The go-anywhere cruiser is also extremely fuel efficient and complies with the strictest commercial requirements, meaning it is well suited to charter.

Details of the 475 GT interior are yet to be released, but the layout includes six spacious staterooms for up to 12 guests and large cabins for up to nine crew. According to Dynamiq, the centerpiece of the yacht is the two-level beach club, which comes with a 12-person pool and spa.

The GTT 170 will be the largest build undertaken by Dynamiq to date. The model, which starts at about $34.2 million (€31.5 million) and takes 30 months to complete, will be constructed at the shipyard in Antalya, Turkey. “We have invested heavily in our hi-tech facility, which can accommodate yachts up to 60 meters, and this new order is a tremendous show of faith in our brand and our future,” added Dynamiq’s director of sales Maria Dobroserdova. “One last build slot remains available for immediate start for the right client.”

The laying of the GTT 170’s keel will take place in the fall, with delivery of the yacht scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
