info@easybranches.comBombardier, the renowned business jet manufacturer, has inaugurated its first Aviator Lounge at the prestigious Monaco Yacht Club. This luxurious space offers visitors an opportunity to explore the company’s top-performing aircraft, its history, sustainability efforts, and innovations.
Though a yacht club might seem an unusual setting for a business jet lounge, Monaco’s unique charm makes it the perfect backdrop for such an exclusive venue.
Located within one of the region’s most historic institutions, the Aviator Lounge enhances Bombardier’s strong European presence, complementing its network of service facilities, including maintenance stations at the nearby Nice airport.
The opening ceremony was graced by Prince Albert II of Monaco and Bombardier’s chairman, Pierre Beaudoin.
“The Aviator Lounge is a unique meeting point that represents the intersection of land, sea, and air,” said Emmanuel Bornand, Bombardier’s Vice President of International Sales. “It offers a welcoming environment where visitors can discover Bombardier’s advancements in sustainability, explore our eight decades of innovation, and learn about our efforts to develop more sustainable aviation solutions.”
The lounge, designed by Paris-based architect Andrea Mosca, reflects Bombardier’s commitment to innovation with its bespoke design elements. The welcome desk, shaped like an aircraft wing, pays homage to Bombardier’s Smooth Flĕx Wing technology. The ‘nest’ meeting area features an overhead light inspired by the blisk fans of the Bombardier Global 7500 engine.
In addition to showcasing Bombardier’s latest innovations, the Aviator Lounge also features Assouline’s new book, Bombardier, which chronicles over 80 years of the company’s history and family legacy through stunning visuals and insightful commentary.
