With this year’s Avalon Australian International Airshow due to kick off 25 March, it seems the event’s organisers have pulled out all the stops to make sure it’s a chart-topper. With a stellar line-up ranging from some of the latest globe-trotting business jets from the world’s leading business jet manufacturers to some of the USAF and RAAF’s most fearsome and capable frontline jet fighters, Avalon 2025 looks set to pack a punch.

The Avalon Australian International Airshow, known simply as the Avalon Airshow, is held biennially, and this year will be the sixteenth time that Avalon Airport will be hosting – or perhaps staging would be more accurate – the six-day event.

For those who are a bit rusty on their geography, Avalon Airport is located more or less smack bang between Melbourne and Geelong in Victoria.

From a PR perspective, the Avalon Airshow not only puts Australia on the map nationally and internationally, it also provides a bonzer opportunity for some of Australia’s and indeed the world’s leading OEMs and companies in the civilian and defence spaces to showcase their ground-breaking (aerospace) technologies, products and services.
