Owned by the late Keith Lloyd – a boatbuilder by trade who established Lloyd Ships in 1975 in Brisbane, heralding a new era in Australia for the construction of vessels in the luxury superyacht and commercial shipping segments – the Benetti yacht Mistress is now being offered for sale by the Lloyd family.

In partnership with Benetti at the time, Keith Lloyd contributed his expertise as a consultant during construction of the award-winning 46-metre vessel, built at Benetti’s Viareggio yard, and he attended its launch in 1991.

In 2021, when he spotted her for sale in the Mediterranean, he knew he had to own her – Lloyd had just sold the iconic Southern Cross II and just knew Mistress would be a magnificent next yacht.

“He’d always loved Mistress, and it was his dream of owning her,” explains his son, Brad.
